This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which photography services may be requested and provided through this website. By submitting a request or booking a service, you agree to the terms of this offer.

1. General Information

• This website is operated by Anna Luchina, a freelance photographer.
• All services (photo sessions, post-processing, image delivery) are provided by prior agreement.
• This offer represents an invitation to collaborate and does not guarantee acceptance of every request.

2. Booking a Photo Session

• You may contact the photographer via the website, email, or social media (e.g., Instagram, Telegram, etc.) to discuss your session.
• A session is confirmed only after agreement on the details (date, time, location, type of shoot).
• The photographer reserves the right to decline any request without explanation.

3. Service Terms

• Each shoot is tailored individually, including timing, location, duration, and concept.
• Final image delivery terms (quantity, format, deadlines) are agreed upon before the session.
• Post-processing is included unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment

• Clients can pay via the website using PayPal or in cash.
• Payment via the website is made after the photo session, when the client selects the photos they want to purchase.
• Cash payment is made in full after the photo session.
• A deposit of $50 is required only for the Flexible Package to confirm the booking.
• For all other packages, no deposit is required.
• Payment details, including the method and timing, are discussed and agreed upon during booking.
• All prices and terms are listed on the website and are subject to individual agreement.
• If the client cancels late or does not appear for the session, the deposit (if any) may be non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Arrive on time and provide accurate information about expectations
• Communicate respectfully and clearly
• Not use the services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Photo Usage and Publication

• The photographer retains the copyright for all images unless otherwise agreed.
• The client receives the agreed-upon usage rights (e.g., personal, non-commercial use).
• The photographer may publish selected photos in their portfolio or on social media with the client’s permission.
• Permission for publication may be granted in writing or verbally and confirmed by email or message.

7. Refusal of Service

The photographer may refuse or terminate service if:

• The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
• The shoot poses a risk to health, safety, or ethics
• Terms of the agreement are violated

8. Limitation of Liability

The photographer is not responsible for:

• Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, delays, or location issues
• Client dissatisfaction due to unclear communication or unmet expectations
• Damages resulting from unauthorized use of photos
